Our garments are made-to-order in Spain, and they take 3-5 weeks to be manufactured by our highly qualified artisans. Once your order is received our team will send the garment to production. In stock items will ship in 3 to 5 business days. Items ordered from our manufacturing will ship within 3-5 weeks. If you need your order rushed or by a specific date please contact our team at

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch from our Florida distribution center. A shipment notification will be sent to email address provided at the time of order with a tracking number. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Unless specifically requested via phone or email, packages do not have insurance and signature is not required.

If you would like insurance or a signature required for your package, contact us at within 48 hours of placing your order and we can assist you in adding these delivery options.

While unfortunate and upsetting, once your order is confirmed delivered by the shipping company, we are not liable for package theft. Please be aware that you have a delivery coming, keep an eye on the tracking information so someone can receive the package, or leave directions for deliveries to a safe location (example: 'leave package with neighbor if no answer') so as to minimize your risk.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Olivia & Rosie products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

When ordering from Olivia & Rosie you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount or does not apply to children's clothing. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.

To return an order, please send us an email to and we will send you a printable label so you can send us back your item. Returns are free of charge. Note that you can only return or exchange any product that had not been customized.
